The Bad Faith Blog by Sandberg Phoenix covers notable cases from around the country involving bad faith claims against insurers, whether they involve, or say they involve, bad faith, as long as the case involves damages in addition to those for breach of the insurance contract, sometimes referred to as extra-contractual damages. We also include cases reviewing extra-contractual statutory remedies that provide for damages.
